Stop Waiting for Life to Tell You The Obvious

Yeah, scientists and jurors have a rigorous (corruptible) process to determine the truth.

Well, a lot of things go in science these days.

But does that mean you have to be dragged kicking and screaming into the truth ?

What good is trust when it’s obvious.

No good, that’s what.

If you wait for the details to be spelled out for you in life, it might be too late.

As Descartes noted, the five senses often paint us a picture that is illusory and is always limited.

But you can be as sure as you want to be about what you decide and what you value, because you are the one deciding to value those things.

People try to frame their choices about whether or not the Bible is true based on evidence and proof, but your perspective on Christianity says more about you than it says about anything else.

Instead of waiting for life to live itself for you or to force itself on you, why not throw yourself into it ?

Why not pursue the best things you can find in life instead of waiting for them to come hunt you down ?

You wouldn’t just walk into someone’s house without being invited would you ?

Then why would you expect the divine presence of God to come into your life without first opening the door ?

Passivity is a recipe for letting life pass you by.

This is the only life you have, so make the most of it !
